Human-Centric Open-Source: The Key to Community Growth. At WordCamp Asia, Josepha Haden Chomphosy, the Executive Director of the WordPress project, shared her vision of “Human-centric open-source.” She shared the importance of caring for and cultivating our community’s growth, saying: “Feed what grows around us.”

She also highlighted some of the projects that exemplify this philosophy, such as WP Playground, a platform that allows anyone to try WordPress in a browser without any setup. She explained how spending time in the early stages of such projects can unlock new possibilities and foster innovation.
