We have looked at responsive WordPress themes in the past and that post proved really popular – the web design world is buzzing at the moment with this new method we can use to serve up different versions of the same site to different sized browsers and mobile devices. In today’s post Im going to take a look at blank responsive themes and theme frameworks you can use as a base to build your own responsive website.
