FlatPack Theme Launch: A Clean Business Portfolio WordPress Theme

Today saw the release of my 14th theme at at ThemeFurnace called “FlatPack“. I enjoyed designing this theme and think it has ended up as a nice clean theme which can be used for a whole range of business-style sites, portfolio sites and for products or services.

FlatPack costs $49 or the developer club membership is $99 which includes all themes.
WPLift readers can use the following coupon for 50% off both for 7 days only ( ends 2nd July 2013)

About The Theme

The theme is designed in a flat style with a large homepage slider, features widgets, a big tagline and call to action button, portfolio items, smaller features widgets, a news section and finally a space to show off client logos. The theme also incorporates a traditional blog section which you can use to let your visitors know about your latest news or for general blogging purposes.

We have also included custom post types for a staff section with jQuery filter and a portfolio section with jQuery filter.

We have built-in support for the theme customizer so you can edit the background and accent colors without having to know any CSS – just use the built-in color slider to choose, then hit save and see the results on your site.

As with every other ThemeFurnace theme, you get the TF Panel for theme options so you can control the Slider, Typography options and many other options.

I’m extremely pleased with this theme – I think it’s one of my better designs for ThemeFurnace and can see this being used for a wide range of sites. I decided to remove the social media options for this theme as I am currently working on creating a plugin which will suit this purpose better. I like the responsive styles on this site – I think it works well on mobile and tablet, so give it a look if you’re after a fresh business theme.

  1. I don’t know about anyone else, but I am sick and tired of “flat” designs. They’re great, they’re new and they’re trending right now. But that doesn’t mean every design has to use it and I feel like this theme has tried too hard and has overdone the flat. Sounds harsh, but I would never consider buying this theme. I don’t see anything unique about it.
