Mint Themes is a pretty cool theme company based in Toronto, Canada that make some really nicely designed themes. I first came across them when I found their band themes and church themes which Ive covered here on WPLift a few times in the past. They have since expanded the range to cover an e-commerce theme, food blog, photography and a portfolio theme.

Intro is their new portfolio theme, it has a nice big slider on the homepage and interior pages are designed in a minimal style to let the work stand out.
PhotoStore
Photostore is for photographers wanting to sell display or sell their work – I think this is my favourite theme from a design point, I love the subtle textures and grunge brush techniques.
Foodie
Foodie is a traditional blogging layout, wouldnt have to be used for food blogging – any one wanting a pretty clean personal blog should have a look at this.
